No World System - The Conference of the Parties (COP) to the United Nations will hold their 15th conference on climate change through December 7-18th. At the conference, globalists like Obama will sign the ‘Copenhagen Climate Change Treaty’ that will replace the Kyoto treaty that is set to expire in 2012.

Lord Christopher Monckton, the man who warned many this week of the treaty appeared on Glenn Beck’s radio program, he makes it clear that the treaty will create a World Government Dictatorship that will have complete authority over all nations by intervening in the economy and environment of any individual country in the world without consent. The treaty will also allow the distribution of wealth from developed countries like the U.S. to Third World Countries like Africa, in other words; taxpayer-funded socialist welfare!

The reason why many believe Obama will sign this new global treaty is because Obama has supported global tax legislation in the past which would have given $845 billion of foreign aid to Third World Countries to satisfy the United Nations’ goal of reducing poverty by 2015.

Here’s what the Copenhagen treaty draft says about the distribution of wealth:

17. [[Developed [and developing] countries] [Developed and developing country Parties] [All Parties] [shall] [should]:]
(a) Compensate for damage to the Lesser Developed Countries’ economy and also compensate for lost opportunities, resources, lives, land and dignity, as many will become environmental refugees;
(b) Africa, in the context of environmental justice, should be equitably compensated for environmental, social and economic losses arising from the implementation of response measures.

Meanwhile globalists like Brown are using fear of impending doom saying if the Copenhagen treaty is not passed that man-made Global Warming will do permanent damage to the globe.: “We must make history.” “If we do not reach a deal at this time, let us be in no doubt: once the damage from unchecked emissions growth is done, no retrospective global agreement in some future period can undo that choice. By then it will be irretrievably too late. So we should never allow ourselves to lose sight of the catastrophe we face if present warming trends continue.”

Al Gore has said, ”This treaty must be negotiated this year. Not next year. This year.”

The creation of a New World Order has been in the works for decades, technically America is already under the thumb of World Government in more ways than one. To understand what is about to take place in America we have to understand that Agenda 21 is the blueprint for a New World Order of the 21st century.

These candid comments from Maurice Strong, the first director of the United Nations Environmental Program, carry an especially eerie tone in the context of recent events.

Daniel Estulin, who has been chasing Bilderberg for many years, covered the 2006 meeting held in Ottawa Canada. Bilderberg attendees have included Heads of State, Mayors, business leaders, and members of the press. Investigative journalist Jim Tucker confirmed that Secretary of Treasury Timothy Geithner attended the 2009 meeting in Athens, Greece.

Estulin’s sources within Bilderberg 2006 told him that “…what they [Bilderberg] are going to do over the next year, year and a half is to bring the market back up to its 1998, 1999 levels, they’re going to get all the suckers to invest what little money they have left over, and that’s when they’re going to make the economy’s bottom drop out…” Indeed, this scenario did play out in the year that followed as Estulin’s Bilderberg sources told him.

Out of the economic and [supposed] environmental catastrophes that we face, global governance is being presented as a solution. Whether or not the global elite did in fact engineer the current economic crisis, which evidence does point toward, it is being used as a catalyst to launch a host of globalist initiatives. In March of 2007, Old-Thinker News reported on the desire of globalist foundations and interests to construct a system of global governance to fight global warming. Since then, the interests pushing the theory of man made global warming and the radical solutions that accompany it have provided more insight on exactly what is being planned.

In 2006 Richard Haass, the current president of the Council on Foreign Relations, stated in his article “State sovereignty must be altered in globalized era,” that a system of world government must be created and sovereignty eliminated in order to fight global warming. “Moreover, states must be prepared to cede some sovereignty to world bodies if the international system is to function,” says Haass. “Globalization thus implies that sovereignty is not only becoming weaker in reality, but that it needs to become weaker. States would be wise to weaken sovereignty in order to protect themselves…” Economic instability and terrorism are also cited by Haass as reasons for weakened national sovereignty.

Al Gore, who has been positioned as a main figurehead in the global warming movement, recently commented that the Waxman-Markey climate bill - which is set to dramatically increase consumer costs and taxes - is a positive step towards “global governance.”

Simon Linnett, Executive Vice-Chairman of Rothschild Bank, has also called for the creation of a “new international body” that would regulate and tax CO2. Linnett writes for the Telegraph, mirroring Richard Haass’s comments,

“A key implication of creating a legal yet global system of trading, is the loss of sovereignty it implies. Governments must be prepared to allow some subordination of national interests to this world initiative, on the issue of emissions. This need not mean a new system of government, above individual nations.

The European nations already do this, on certain issues, yielding sovereignty to the EU. And in time, the EU itself will eventually have to yield to a larger body - one which includes the economic powerhouses of India and China.”

As President Obama himself has admitted, cap and trade systems and carbon taxes will pass on costs to consumers. Linnet threatens that, “When an individual receives an electricity bill, they will come to know what the cost of turning on the gas or a light was to the environment.”

Linnet proposes that carbon trading could become the “…reserve currency of the world…”, and concludes by saying that “…emissions trading could establish a new world order for a sustainable planet…”

That a Rothschild Bank Vice-Chairman would be proposing such measures might be surprising to some, but could well meaning environmentalists be in for a shock to find that a seemingly “grass roots” movement has been initiated from the top down?

In early 2009, Exxon Mobil announced its support of carbon taxes. As the Calgary Herald reports, “Exxonmobil corp., the world’s largest crude oil refiner, supports taxing carbon dioxide as the most efficient way of curbing greenhouse gas emissions, its chief executive said.” The announcement came from Rex Tillerson, CEO of Exxon Mobil, speaking at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, which has served as a platform for discussing various globalist initiatives for many years.

A May 2008 article from the International Herald Tribune painted a glowing picture of the Rockefeller family - who built the Standard Oil empire, later to emerge as Exxon - in their quest to “press for change at Exxon”. As reported, “David Rockefeller, retired chairman of Chase Manhattan Bank and patriarch of the family, issued a statement saying, “I support my family’s efforts to sharpen Exxon Mobil’s focus on the environmental crisis facing all of us.”

Ultimately, the world faces an unprecedented transfer of power and wealth to new global bodies. The economic destruction taking place in the United States is draining the wealth creating capacity that we once had. Political commentator Pat Buchanan recently stated on MSNBC,

“…more and more scientists are coming forward to say this [man-made global warming] is a hoax and a scam which is designed to transfer wealth and power from the private sector to the government sector and from the government of the United States to a world government.”

Let me say as someone who has been an activist full time going into my 20th year, next to NAFTA, GATT, CAFTA, our unlawful participation in the communist United Nothing (UN and the phony “hate crimes” bill sitting in the senate), this so called energy bill ranks at the top. It will further destroy the economy of this country, our rights, run rough shod over the states, destroy more jobs that will go to commie China and destroy businesses.

Below are learning links that tell you the truth instead of the bald faced lies from Gore, Obama/Soetoro, Clinton, Comrade Pelosi and those who stand to rake in big bux from the fruits of your labor, bleeding this country dry.

First, let me comment on the hypocrisy of the Republicans; I belong to no party. This dangerous bill went from 936 pages to 1,201 pages and who knows what the final one looks like? H.R. 2454 morphed into an even more draconian piece of legislation and at 3:00 am, June 25, 2009, another 312 pages were added. The vote was scheduled for late in the day on June 26, 2009.

I watched quite a bit of the live coverage C-SPAN. Every Republican gave the number of people who would lose jobs in their districts based on the language in the bill; all in the thousands. More jobs that will go to commie China. The Democrats got up and lied about what you could read with your own eyes in the bill.

At one point, Rep. Gomert addressed one of the stupidest, most politically correct air heads in Congress, Ellen Tauscher, who was the chair woman while Pelsoi was making back room deals with the question: There is another 300+ pages added, but where is it? How do I get a copy before the vote?

This arrogant nit wit said Gomert didn’t ask a proper parliamentary question! After Gomert persisted, where can I get a copy, she replies it’s in the Rules Committee Report, an amendment voted on earlier.

Rep Barton then asks the same question: Fine, but where do we get a copy? How can we vote on 300+ pages added to the bill when we don’t even have a copy of the text? (Not that any of them read this stuff in its entirety anyway.)

This arrogant female, and you should see her presiding over the house like some sour puss Queen, said once again, it’s in the Rules Committee Report and that it’s not her job to provide a copy.

Rep. Ike Skelton, another putrid Democrat from MO, popped up out of his stupor and said, “The bill isn’t perfect, but we need to pass it and move on.”

Rep. John Boehner had a go around with an old burned out, empty headed fool, Henry Waxman. Yeah, Boehner, it is an outrage what went on last Friday and your party has done it in the past to the Democrats. Do we all remember what happened over the draconian “Patriot Act” bill? Here’s a refresher from 2002:

“In an interview with Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX), The Beacon has uncovered at least one Congressman that admits that Congress sometimes passes unconstitutional laws. Furthermore, Congressmen know that these laws are unconstitutional at the time that the bills are passed. In addition, Rep. Paul revealed that laws are sometimes passed without the bills being available for reading and that often bills are passed on a “voice vote” (not a roll call vote) so that people back home will not know how a specific Congressman voted.

“A recent example cited by Rep. Paul is the USA Patriot Act. This bill violates several constitutional protections and defines a “terrorist” as anyone who opposes a federal government program or policy. According to Rep. Paul, this means that a person who differs with the government on issues such as abortion, gun control laws, Free Trade Agreements, the United Nations, or any number of programs and activities could be defined as a terrorist and investigated by the government even though no crime is committed. The USA Patriot Act also gives the government the authority to establish a National ID Card for tracking and surveillance.

“I’ve heard many conservative Congressmen expressing disappointment in themselves for voting in favor of this bill now that the American people are beginning to realize that this is a bad bill”, said Rep. Paul. Rep. Paul also stated that the USA Patriot Act was not available to read or study before it was voted on and passed.

“Another example cited by Rep. Paul is the recently passed Campaign Finance Reform Bill. This bill will silence groups from reporting on information such as how our federal elected officials have voted on important legislation anytime within 60 days of an election or 45 days before a primary. “Many Congressmen are now saying that they know it is unconstitutional but that is up to the courts. That, to me, is one of the most despicable arguments I’ve ever heard”, said Rep. Paul. “What’s the sense of taking an oath of office if you’re going to pass things that are unconstitutional and hope the courts will save you from yourself”, Rep. Paul continued.”

In 2002, Congress was controlled by the Republicans with a Republican president. A crook by the name of Dennis Hastert was Speaker of the House. He is a Republican. Now he’s living the high life off the fruits of your labor when he should have gone to jail. The point is that the Republican leadership pulled the same shenanigans in 2002 as the Democrats did last Friday. They also shafted their own at the same time who would have voted against that bill.

Boehner is in his 10th term in Congress and he was there when the Republicans did the very same thing to the minority Democrats. While these outlaws play their stupid political games, we the people are being crushed and driven into poverty. While Boehner deserves credit this round - (”By imposing a tax on every American who drives a car or flips on a light switch, this plan will drive up the prices for food, gasoline and electricity,” said Boehner…”) - where were the Republicans from January 1995 until November 2006? They had ample time to address the energy problems and take them one at a time, intelligently, thoughtfully and in the best interests of the republic and cost to we the people with a GOP controlled Congress and White House.

The vote was 219-212, a margin of only seven votes. Eight Republicans voted for this unconstitutional mess. While every member of Congress should be thrown out on their backsides in November 2010 (except Ron Paul and which clearly won’t happen because millions of Americans are drowning in stupidity), these eight should be top of the list:

Mary Bono Mack R (CA); Mike Castle R (DW); Mark Steven Kirk R (IL); Leonard Lance R (NJ); Frank LoBiondo R (NJ); John McHugh R (NY); Dave Reichert R (WA); Chris Smith R (NJ)

MOTION TO RECONSIDER

“A motion to reconsider is a parliamentary practice that gives the House (or Senate) one opportunity to review its action on a motion, amendment, or measure.

“Motions to reconsider are routinely laid on the table — or killed. If a motion to reconsider is adopted, it requires a vote be held again on whatever the House has voted to reconsider. Only Members who voted on the winning side may move to reconsider a vote. (Emphasis mine) Members have been known to change their votes at the last minute in order to be eligible to offer the motion.

“If the original vote on a question is close, enough members might be persuaded to change their position, or absent members could come to the floor, vote to reconsider, then reverse the outcome of the original vote.

“Typically, however, after announcing the result of a vote, the Speaker states that, “without objection, a motion to reconsider is laid on the table.” This uses up the one opportunity to reconsider, and makes the result of the vote final.”

However, the link “laid on the table” may end any hope of a motion to reconsider:

LAY ON THE TABLE

“A motion to lay on the table a bill, resolution, amendment, point of order, appeal or another motion disposes of the question immediately and finally and adversely — it kills it without a direct vote on the substance of the question. A motion to table is not debatable and is adopted by unanimous consent — without objection — or by majority vote. It is a “highly privileged motion” — that is, in the order in which motions are given priority in the House, only a motion to adjourn has higher precedence than a motion to table a measure.”

Did Pelosi or her minion, Tauscher, state: “without objection, a motion to reconsider is laid on the table”? In checking the Daily Digest for Friday, I did not see a statement by Pelosi on this, but the record might not be complete. I don’t have a video of the entire proceedings.

Congress is now out of session until July 6, 2009. The next step is the U.S. Senate and numbers. As far as I can tell, there is no resolution to the putrid Franken/Coleman senate race in Minnesota; click here. Franken is the buffoon a lot of people in Minnesota voted for - a comedian who made his living telling foul jokes. Franken became even more famous for his jokes about raping women. But, since he’s a Democrat, that seems to excuse his filthy mouth, authoring porn and outrageous behavior. I can only say shame, shame on any American in Minnesota who voted for the equivalent of dirty pig. Oh, and one more thing: Franken committed adultery with hard core socialist, Arianna Huffington according to her; click here. But, then again, Huffington’s husband left her to have sex with men. Does it get any more revolting?

Liberal Democrat, Arlen Specter, most certainly a perfect vision of a corrupt politician, finally gave up his phony Republican label and went home. There are two “independents” - Comrade Bernie Sanders (VT) and the doddering old fool, Joseph Liberman (CT). There isn’t a single, real constitutionalist in the U.S. Senate and many of the freedom hating Republicans, i.e., Juan McCain (Create green jobs! In favor of cap and trade), Olympia Snow (Voted yes on factoring global warming into federal project planning), Susan Collins (Voted yes on factoring global warming into federal project planning) will support this nonsense. The next step is to bombard the Senate with phone calls, faxes and snail mail (they ignore emails and respond with blather form letters) from now until the vote. I cannot stress to you how critical it is that we stop this from getting to the desk of the usurper Obama/Soetoro. Here is the list of senators and their web sites to contact after July 6, 2009. Also, remember that only 1/3 of the senate will be up for reelection in 2010.

This bill - the largest tax hike in the history of this country - cannot get to Obama. This bill will kill 2 1/2 million jobs and most will go to commie China. How do I know? I listened to Boehner on C-SPAN for over an hour go through the amendment - a never ending horror story. There is a provision for extended unemployment for those who lose their jobs! Yes, that is right. These craven power mad politicians already know millions of jobs will be lost while we’re heading for Depression Two, but don’t worry! There’s lots of unemployment to replace paychecks. Where is your outrage, America?

I’m going to cover sections of that bill on my radio show tonight. Our very survival is on the line and we need to inform as many Americans as possible so the roar when the senate returns week after next is deafening. Here are a few bullet points provided by American Solutions (check their web site here and look at the big map):

Destroy an average of 1-3 million jobs, every year
Raise inflation-adjusted gasoline prices by 74 percent
Raise residential natural gas prices by 55 percent
Raise an average family’s annual energy bill by $1,500 annually
Increase the federal debt by 26 percent, which is $29,150 per person

State legislators also need to understand this bill stomps on states rights and goes right into neighborhoods. Please get informed. Talk to friends, neighbors and family. We must bury the senate in constant protest. Tell your senator/senatorette that we the people (and most likely some of the states) will bury the courts in lawsuits to gut the bill if it becomes law. Tell them this:

“Arizona is now close to becoming the first state to outlaw climate change legislation. “The state Senate voted Monday, 19-10 to approve a bill banning the Department of Environmental Quality from enacting or enforcing measures with language pertaining to climate change. The bill is now awaiting House approval.” Now that Arizona got rid of their former nit wit governor, Janet Napolitano, sanity is returning. Be sure to call your state legislator and senator and thank them for voting the right way. These legislators need to know you’re behind them.

A derivatives provision tucked inside the 1,201-page measure to limit greenhouse gases is intended to spur Congress to enact new laws reining in a largely unregulated swath of U.S. financial markets, according to Representative Bart Stupak of Michigan. He added to the bill a measure that would regulate over-the-counter derivatives, accepting a stipulation sought by other Democrats that those rules would be repealed if Congress adopts broader market regulations.”

Obama implores Senate to pass climate bill (June 27, 2009)

In this, you’ll notice the recycled terms that were used in the “need” to pass the ‘Stimulus’ bill.

“My call to every senator, as well as to every American, is this,” he said. “We cannot be afraid of the future. And we must not be prisoners of the past. Don’t believe the misinformation out there that suggests there is somehow a contradiction between investing in clean energy and economic growth.” That is a huge contradiciton! Gov’ts don’t create jobs. Business creates jobs.

Obama said the bill would create jobs (just like ’stimulus’ did?), make renewable energy profitable and decrease America’s dependence on foreign oil (borrowing from Bush speeches now?).

“It will spur the development of low-carbon sources of energy — everything from wind, solar and geothermal power to safer nuclear energy and cleaner coal (no such thing),” he said.

Wind, solar and geothermal are already available! They don’t need to be developed! They need to be utilized! Iceland has been using geothermal for years and it powers and warms the entire city of Reykjavik.

“In California alone, Obama said, 3,000 people will be employed to build a new solar plant that will create 1,000 permanent jobs.”

Whoppee-do. That means 2,000 people will be out of work - again, after it’s built. California is already at a record 11.5% unemplyment rate. Owe-bama thinks that passing and collecting cap and trade taxes from you to pay for a 1,000 jobs will make a dent in that percentage? I wonder how people in other states feel about their unemployment while O goes on about California’s and wants them to pay for it?

For years now Strong and Gore have been cashing in on that lucrative cottage industry known as man-made global warming.

Strong is on the board of directors of the Chicago Climate Exchange, Wikipedia-described as “the world’s first and North America’s only legally binding greenhouse gas emission registry reduction system for emission sources and offset projects in North America and Brazil.”

Gore, self-proclaimed Patron Saint of the Environment, buys his carbon off-sets from himself–the Generation Investment Management LLP, “an independent, private, owner-managed partnership established in 2004 with offices in London and Washington, D.C., of which he is both chairman and founding partner. The Generation Investment Management business has considerable influence over the major carbon credit trading firms that currently exist, including the Chicago Climate Exchange.”

Obama Years Ago Helped Fund Carbon Program He Is Now Pushing Through Congress (March 25, 2009)

In 2000 and 2001, while Barack Obama served as a board member for a Chicago-based charitable foundation, he helped to fund a pioneering carbon trading exchange that is likely to fill a critical role in the controversial cap-and-trade carbon reduction scheme that President Obama is now trying to push rapidly through Congress.

During those two years, the Joyce Foundation gave nearly $1.1 million in two separate grants that were instrumental in developing and launching the privately-owned Chicago Climate Exchange, which now calls itself “North America’s only cap and trade system for all six greenhouse gases, with global affiliates and projects worldwide.”

One of those gases is carbon dioxide, the most ubiquitous greenhouse gas and the focus of the most far-reaching — and contentious — efforts to combat “climate change.” On Monday, Obama’s Environmental Protection Agency declared carbon dioxide a public health threat.

Beware of Cap and Trade Climate Bills (December 6, 2007)

“These measures would set a limit, or cap, on carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuel use. The effect of such a cap would be to impose rationing of coal, oil, and natural gas on the American economy. Each covered utility, oil company, and manufacturing facility would be given allowances based on past emissions or some other formula. Those companies that emit less carbon dioxide than permitted by their allowances could sell the excess to those that do not; this is the trade part of cap and trade. Over time, the cap would be ratcheted down, requiring greater cuts in emissions.

Infowars - According to a post on the Daily Paul website, C-SPAN was incorrect when it stated that House members had until July 2nd to change their vote on HR 2454, also known as the American Clean Energy and Security Act. A contributor to the site called Ron Paul’s office to confirm the deadline and was told the vote was final — once the House gavels the vote, it is final.

Energy needs to be dedicated to the version now working its way through the Senate. 100 Senators need to be contacted before July 4th and told in no uncertain terms that they must not vote for this bill.

The so-called “cap and trade” bill will shut down the economy and introduce serfdom. “Limiting the amount of CO2 will do nothing to help make the planet less warm, make us energy independent or create millions of jobs. It will on the other hand destroy whatever is left of our industry here in the North American Union by leaving companies no choice but to move offshore. Radical terraforming programs come from elite Internationalists

Steve Watson, Prisonplanet - The Obama administration’s announcement that it is to consider radical planetary “geo-engineering”, such as “shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun’s rays”, exactly mirrors recent publications penned by the elite Council On Foreign Relations.

Yesterday the Associated Press reported that the Obama administration has held discussions regarding the possibility of “geo-engineering” the earth’s climate to counter global warming.

The AP report states that Obama’s science advisor John Holdren is pushing for radical terra forming programs to be explored such as creating an “artificial volcano”. Despite Holdren’s admission that such measures could have “grave side effects,” he added that, “we might get desperate enough to want to use it.”

Such ideas exactly mirror those put forth by the CFR in previous years.

In briefing notes (PDF) published in May 2008 from the CFR’s Geoengineering: Workshop on Unilateral Planetary Scale Geoengineering, the elite internationalist group lays out the exact same radical ideas now being touted by the Obama administration.

Geoengineering Strategies

Among all geoengineering schemes, those currently considered most feasible involve increasing the planetary albedo, that is, reflecting more sunlight back into space before it can be absorbed. There are a number of different methods that could be used to increase the planet’s reflectivity:

1. Add more small reflecting particles in the upper part of the atmosphere (the stratosphere which is located between 15 and 50 kilometers above the Earth’s surface).

2. Add more clouds in the lower part of the atmosphere (the troposphere)

3. Place various kinds of reflecting objects in space either near the earth or at a stable location between the earth and the sun.

4. Change large portions of the planet’s land cover from things that are dark (absorbing) such as trees to things that are light (reflecting) such as open snowcover or grasses.

Stratospheric Aerosols that might be engineered to migrate to particular regions (e.g. over the arctic) or to rise above the stratospher (so as not to interfere in stratospheric chemistry).

Adding more of the right kind of fine particles to the stratosphere can increase the amount of sunlight that is reflected back into space.

Applied to geoengineering, various technologies could be used to loft particles into the stratosphere, such as naval guns, rockets, hot air balloons or blimps, or a fleet of highflying aircraft. Potential types of particles for injection include sulfur dioxide, aluminum oxide dust or even designer self-levitating aerosols.

The CFR’s geo-engineering research program is directed by David G. Victor a Professor at Stanford Law School and an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. Also involved are M. Granger Morgan, head of Carnegie Mellon University’s Department of Engineering, Jay Apt, Professor of Engineering and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University, and John Steinbruner, Professor of Public Policy and Director of the Center for International and Security Studies at the University of Maryland.

In an article entitled The Geoengineering Option: A Last Resort Against Global Warming? published in this month’s Foreign Affairs, the CFR’s monthly magazine, the directors once again lay out their ideas for planetary terraforming, calling for a worldwide 60-80 percent cut in carbon emissions.

Obama’s push toward a so called “cap and trade” carbon taxation program is also a direct descendant of Victor et al’s CFR policy formation.

A CFR geo-engineering meeting summary document from 1999 (PDF pages 12,13,14) also categorically states that the ultimate goal under “A technology strategy for global warming” is the implementation of a global Carbon Tax.

The memo also pedantically explains how the perceived fear of global warming can be used to sell to Americans what is essentially a tax on air:

“While taxing tea pales in comparison to taxing air as a perceived government affront, the clear benefits of a taxation policy to combat global warming might convince even the descendents of our tax-resistant Founding Fathers.”

The tentative announcement by the Obama administration of the existence of geoengineering research programs is a first step toward introducing the idea to the wider public.

However, as we highlighted in our master article yesterday, geo-engineering is undoubtedly already being conducted by government-affiliated universities, government agencies, and on a mass scale through chemtrail spraying.

Such programs merely scratch the surface of what is likely to be a gargantuan and overarching black-budget funded project to terraform the planet, with little or no care for the unknown environmental consequences this could engender.
